AWESOME!

Hello! I have been gone for some time....off following many other Paths with Heart.  Sorry to my three followers for not blogging since early January.  At least two of you know I haven't fallen off the face of the earth since you are close friends and are aware of at least some of the Paths with Heart I have been following.

For my other follower, Wadjella, and anyone else who stumbles upon this post, I was travelling for a month in Peru, during which time I did a daily blog post of my adventures.  I've been working on a website with a corresponding blog, and I have been pursuing a romantic relationship with a wonderful woman I met in October.  In additiion to that, I've been listening to a 12 CD/2DVD program called "Verbal Success" to improve my communication skills and listening to a 12 hour lecture by Professor Brooks Landon entitled "Building Great Sentences; Exploring the Writer's Craft" to strengthen my writing skills.

Wow! It would make me weary just thinking about all I have been doing lately except these are all my Paths with Heart and they excite me, and following my heart's desires is so compelling it sometimes feels like a drug.  Life can be intense!

Today I was sitting in one of my favorite thinking spots, thinking about my practice of calling to mind, at the end of my day, three things I was grateful for when I got the idea to recall one thing during my day that was AWESOME!
Hey! That sounds like a Path with Heart!

I thought, "Wow.......There must be one thing every day that is AWESOME?  What today was AWESOME?"............Ahhhhhhaaah!

The weather here in/just outside Yosemite has been warming up for the last month but, for the past three weeks, it has gotten cold and snowed every Monday or tuesday.  It started raining yesterday (Tuesday April 27th) and today it started snowing on and off for brief periods, like someone was toggling a switch.....snow on, snow off, snow on, snow off, snow on.....
It had been amazing me most of the day and I walked out onto the receiving dock in the late afternoon and it was furiously snow-hailing.  Projectiles of soft-type hail were hurling straight down out of the sky at the ground like millions of white streamers.  As I walked out into it, my heart leapt with joy and I spontaneously raised my arms out straight with my palms up and did a 360 degree spin with my face upturned to the sky!

Wow!, I thought, I may have missed the fact that that was an AWESOME! moment if I hadn't had the thought, while sitting in one of my favorite thinking spots, to cogitate upon my day and find one AWESOME! moment!  How many AWESOME! moments had I missed in my Life?  I am going to keep doing this and see what happens......It is surely a Path with Heart?

I will keep doing this every day and report on it one week from now.  I am excited to see what other AWESOME! experiences i will have over the next week.  Why don't you do the same and see what happens?  We will be following the same Path with Heart but each of our experiences will be unique!

See you next week!

  2. I Love the pictures on your blog. You live in such a beautiful place! Walking around with a camera raises your conciousness level at least 20% and brings you into the NOW. I would love to put a couple of your photos on my path with heart blog especially if they depict a path...
